Jarrett Smith is Senior Vice President of Strategy and a partner at Echo Delta, where he oversees market research, creative development, and media strategy for a nationwide roster of higher education clients. His original research on prospective students and their families has been featured at industry conferences, including the College Board Forum and the American Marketing Association’s Symposium for Higher Education, as well as industry and national publications like University Business and USA Today. Jarrett is also host of the popular Higher Ed Marketing Lab podcast, where he engages with some of the brightest minds in higher education and the broader world of marketing.
An all-in believer in the value of liberal arts, Jarrett graduated from Florida Southern College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. When he’s not helping to shape the agency’s work, Jarrett can be found backpacking, diving, and mountain biking all over the south and west with his family.
